Koakuma from the "Touhou Project" series, fattened up while transformed into a Birdo from the "Mario" series.
Oh, and just like with Keine Kamishirasawa's Birdo-ized name "Birdeine", I just thought I'd give Koakuma's name the same treatment as well for her predicament.
